The Directory does not endorse, encourage, or promote the sale, supply, or consumption of alcohol to any person under the age of 18, in accordance with Australian law (Liquor Licensing Act 1990).
Any external website linked within the Directory that offers alcohol‑related products or services is solely responsible for verifying age, complying with licensing requirements, and ensuring lawful sale and distribution.
The Directory is not liable for any unlawful purchase, misuse, or consumption of alcohol resulting from interactions with third‑party websites.
Users are responsible for ensuring they meet the legal drinking age before accessing or engaging with alcohol‑related content or services linked from the Directory.
Under the Liquor Licencing Act 1990 it is an offence:
For liquor to be delivered to a person under the age of 18 years.
Penalty a fine not exceeding 20 penalty units ($3140 for 2016-17)
For a person under the age of 18 years to purchase liquor.
